Reporting to the Global Constituency Manager, the successful candidate will be required to support the work of a wide range of campaign partners and to support all activities relating to its constituency programme. Experience in providing key support to staff and partners in the areas of programme coordination, communications and annual planning will be necessary.

The World AIDS Campaign seeks to recruit a Global Programmes Manager to take leadership of all national campaign programmes in the Global South. The Global Programmes Manager will oversee and support the implementation and expansion of World AIDS Campaign’s advocacy campaigning efforts throughout Africa. This includes programme development, developing strategic partnerships, monitoring and evaluation and financial management. Fundraising for sustainability will be a priority. The Global Programmes Manager will also lead in the expansion, joint strategy development with partners, proposal and programme development and implementation in other regions, primarily being: Latin America, Middle East and North Africa, Caribbean, Eastern Europe and Central Asia and Asia/Pacific.
